Because our custom maps are unique to each order, we do not accept returns on these items.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your map - custom or pre-made - just let us know. We’ll give you a refund or replacement for any of the following issues:
- Poor print quality
- Incorrect location
- Damaged on delivery
- Defective product
